Sunday Workout- Deads, Bench

Worked afternoons all weekend, I absolutely hate inventory.  Glad it's over for a couple days anyway.

Sunday morning...
20 mins on roller and using SMR stick and mobility stretches

Deadlifts-  worked up to...
330 x 5
380 x 5
435 x 5  *beltless, harder than it should have been today.
455 x 1

Bench-  worked up to...
235 x 3
270 x 3
300 x 3
Slingshot-
320 x 1
365 x 1
385 x 1  *More in the tank, will ramp up closer to UFGyms PushPull.



That's it!   Looking at a change up in training next week, can't wait!
