This morning was a scheduled training session but nothing impressive like squats, deads or log presses.
Jordan has given me a day to work the "fine tuning exercises" and extra accessory work. It's actually a fun day. I get the biggest pump ever and feel all "swole". That word is still stupid in my opinion.
Cossack Squats- 2 sets x 15 per leg
Push Ups- (used hands on DB's to increase ROM)- 20, 20, 15
Scap Push Ups- 15, 20, 20
One Arm DB Extension @ 30lbs - 20, 20, 20
Barbell Curls (used Fat Gripz) - 65lbs x 12, 85 x 10 *drop set, 85 x 10 no FG's
Band PullAparts- 20, 20, 20
Ab Wheel- 12, 12, 12 barely
Calf Raises- 3 sets x 10 reps slow and controlled/deep stretch/varied foot angles
Hip Lifts- 10, 10, 10 each leg
No heavy weights but my muscles were engorged! Nice to have days like this. Finished with 3 scoops of NutriWhey. Mmmmmmm, chocolate.
