**Took the weight lighter this week for DE, shoulders not yet recovered. Focused on good quality reps and turned out well speed wise.
600lbs Tire Flip- in the dark and cold with my headlights lighting the path
2 sets x 12 flips
**Cardio has increased so much. Fuck I need a bigger tire though.
Side Handle DL Holds-
600lbs Tire + 160lbs empty steel log + 170lbs dried out wood log
2 sets for probably 30 secs
1 set we actually timed x 57 secs
**Wasn't true failure, goal was 1 minute and there was a little confusion with the timer and I set it down early.

Good session this week. Love where things are going. Lots coming up too.... UFGyms Barbell Seminar (I need to fix some serious form issues), CPF Push/Pull on March 10th (RESCINDX PRODUCTIONS), then we have a huge weekend in April with 3 days of strongman action. "To Infinity and Beyond"
Oh yeah..... bodyweight down to 267lbs now. I'm going to keep going and see what happens. I panic when I hit a temporary plateau strength wise when dieting. I have smart ppl in my corner and just have to follow it through. It's been working obviously.
