Foam Roll, LAX Ball, Stretching (FOLEY 25)
Squats- Used a closer stance so my knees don't buckle inward. I've always had an issue there. Thanks Paul and Sarah!!

*Last set was slow moving. Rearranged my garage so where my rack is has a nice slope. Uneven ground = bigger log press in comps
I don;t think my shoulders have recovered fully either.

A1. Standing DB Press- 50lbs x 2 sets x 20 reps
A2. Pendlay Rows - 135lbs x 2 sets x 20 reps
*Lungs going to burst! Awesome.
Great workout by the end. Looking forward to how getting back to outdoor events like Farmers and Husafell Carry go in minus temps.
