"Total Fitness Solutions is heeeeerrrre!!" Says Pauly D

Well, here it is...the next phase of my program from Jordan. I am getting stronger and with the diet template I was given....a little leaner as well.
By Christmas I am expecting HUGE weights being pushed....as long as I bust my ass.

Foam Roll, Simple 6, Agile 8

Squat- 255 x 3, 290 x 3, 330 x 8 beltless reps -- 20lbs PR!!
Incline Barbell- 200 x 3, 230 x 3, 255 x 8 reps -- PR!!

GM
135 x 12
155 x 10 x 2 sets
*hamstrings and low back on fire

DB Row
90 x 12 x 2 sets
75 x 15
*last set was losing steam so dropped to increase reps

Back Extension
15 reps x 2 sets

Weighted SitUps
+10lbs x 15
+10lbs x 12

Felt really good today.....anxious to see how this new phase kicks my ass
