By Christmas I am expecting HUGE weights being pushed....as long as I bust my ass.

Incline Barbell- 200 x 3, 230 x 3, 255 x 8 reps -- PR!!

*last set was losing steam so dropped to increase reps

Felt really good today.....anxious to see how this new phase kicks my ass
