The Key To Success is Consistency!

Well the title of this post says it all....
To keep my blog up and somewhat successful (to me that means atleast one person reads it), I must keep my posts consistent!

The last post is from February I believe. Much has happened in that time, so here is a condensed quick version...

Hurt back, fixed back with help from Dr. Dave Gendron of Trenton Integrative Health Centre (I owe so much to him, he has helped and fixed all of my injuries since like 2008), decided to make a move towards being a competitor in strongman (and not just some guy who signed up) and hired Jordan Foley from Total Fitness Solutions , from there I have fixed many issues I've had in training and life in general, from that I have hit many PR's as of late and look forward to testing things out in September at The Canadian Law Enforcement & Fire Games.

Here is a link to an awesome website that I am now profiled on called Athletic Life. It features many great athletes from fitness, figure, bodybuilding, boxing, strongman (me!!) and MMA (a friend of mine, Ian Dawe) and soon to be more! There is a shitload of training videos to watch so enjoy!!
