Squats- Deload Week of a 425lbs beltless working max
255x5 275x5 300x5 ** Easy. No belt.
Front Squats-
135x8 185x8 225x8 225x8 **First time using olympic shoes on these, feel great. Weight was easy and beltless once again.
Side Bends (farmers implement)
110x12 160x10 160x10 **Last 2 sets were quite difficult to hit 10 reps for each side.
**We were going to do some sled pulls but the snow accumulated too much overnight. Meh, good deload workout anyways.
I took quite a bit of time warming up this morning. My hamstrings are feeling super tight lately and no matter how much stretching I do it isn't helping. I will try to roll them hard for awhile. Calves are tight as fuck as well. Definitely need to work on that.
