Back In A Garage!!

5:30am.  -12 degrees outside and dark as hell.  Mental and physical toughness is tested.  I am back training in a garage. Joe's garage actually.    Nothing better than this....

Military Press - Week 1 of 531 using 225lbs as working max (one clean & press for reps)
170x5    180x5   190x8    **All sets done without a belt

PullUps (Parallel Grip)-  30 Reps in as little sets possible
7,5,5,5,4,4   **Took one less set than last time I did these

Military Press- (took out of rack)
135x8, 185x8, 185x7, 185x6, 185x6   **Shoulders were engorged with Hugeness

YTWL @ 10lbs x 3 sets until severe burning


I felt more manly during this workout with Disturbed cranked for the neighbours to wake up to.  Good thing they weren't my neighbours.    There was no reason for distraction and the atmosphere was unexplainable.
