Jersey Blowout, My New Haircut and Oiled Up Speedo Poses

Wow, I was amped last night for Jersey Shore but this workout just made me feel even better.  I even styled my hair with a Pauly D blowout (not styled just need a haircut.)  for this workout.  I can't wait for my new haircut.

 Thursday Night @ Joe's Garage (a badass name for the lair coming soon) 6:15pm

Warmed up for approx 20 mins using my ghetto roller and various stretching movements. Dislocates were done with a light tension band and alternated with band pullaparts.

Barbell Rows (using Fat Gripz)-135x10, 135x10, 185x10, 185x10, 225x6
Push Ups -12 , 15 , 18 , 20 , 20
**Push ups were done immediately after rows. Awesome pump here.



JM Presses (using Fat Gripz)- 135x12, 155x10, 155x10, 155x10
Hammer Curls - 30lbs x 4 sets x 20 reps
**Hammers done right after JM Presses. Huge upper pump after these. Felt like jumping in a Speedo and posing.

I accomplished the goal of this workout.....get the blood flowing hard. This was a fun workout and hit some necessary movements without killing myself before events on Saturday AM. Finished with more stretching and band work and also rolling.
