Last Workout of 2010

So Thursday came and it was time to squat in my new olympic shoes!

Squats - Week 3 of 531 Cycle using 425 as beltless working max
320x5   360x3   405x2   **This last set wasn't a max double.  I went beltless and it felt powerful still.  I was holding back on this workout since I have an events session on Saturday.   I am anxious to hit squats again when it doesn't fall before an events day.
335x8  **Used a belt, not a max set.  Just looking for a good quad pump.

Stiff Leg DL-
135lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets     **Nice and controlled.

Calf Raises- (Machine)
60lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

Planks-
2 sets x 1 minute

So I didn't want to kill my legs before Saturday events training BUT my quads are mangled today.  Hmm, must be the shoes.......haha
