Another Session Down...

Today was a decent workout.  I chugged some Extreme Rush from BlueStar and went off to the gym this morning.  I am off work this week so I have been getting some really good hours of sleep-in time.

Military Press (one clean & press for reps)- Week 4 of 531 Cycle using 215lbs working max  DELOAD!
135x5   145x5   155x5    **Super easy.....well, it should be on a deload I guess.

Pulldowns-
70x15   90x12   110x12   110x12    110x12    **I was supposed to do pull-ups but I used my new Fat Gripz on Monday and my forearms and hands weren't up for the challenge today.  I used the Fat Gripz on these pulldowns though. 

DB Push Press (Fat Gripz handle)
75x8    90x6 right arm/5 left arm   90x6 both arms   **Felt fast, 2nd set with left arm was a little off.

Cybex Machine Curls-
60x12   70x9    80x6   80x6   80x6   **last 2 sets were drop sets and including partials to finish the bi's

Weighted Leg Raises (legs off bench)-
35lbs x 3 sets x 12 reps       **I hold a DB between my legs to add resistance.  Next week I will move up to 40lbs DB.

Good workout today.   I used my roller to warm-up and did some light stretching.  Everything felt great.   I even used my new weightlifting shoes today to get the feel for them.  I love them already.
Tomorrow is a heavier squat session and I am looking forward to it.   I just hope I lose some soreness from the COan/Philippi deadlift workout I did on Monday before tomorrow.
