Super Squats Round 2!

Ok before I get to the 20 Rep Squat workout check my latest overhead session!

Typical Warm-up..
PVC Roller, SMR Stick, Mobility stretches

Military Press (parallel grip)
bar x 10
130 x 8
130 x 8
175 x 5 EASY
200 x 3 EASY
225 x 1 Felt pretty solid as it should
245 x 1
255 x 1 *Had strength to spare, it`s all feelin good!
150 x 10 reps x 5 sets

Chin Ups-
5,5,5,5,5

Hammer Curls-
45lbs x 15
45lbs x 15

Band Face Pulls-
15, 15

Off to work on Friday night, booooo!




Sunday MASS-

PVC Roller, SMR Stick, Mobility Stretches

Squats - SSB, No Belt
150 x 5
150 x 5
240 x 5
240 x 5
300 x 1 *just wanted to feel the weight
300 x 20!  No mistaking the count here plus did it with no belt.  I prefer 20 reppers this way.
Next squat workout... add 5lbs and do it again!

Deload Deads-
315 x 5
315 x 5
315 x 5
*Double over grip and beltless, easy.

Full Contact Twists-
20 per side x 2 sets
*hard ab contraction throughout



I won't take video of all my 20 rep sets... it gets pretty boring after 5lbs increments.  Tomorrow night will be my very first MMA workout.....................WTF.
