*Snappy. Gotta fix my knee buckling, lots of power but am still losing lots too.
Farmer's Deads (approx 15")
200lbs/hand x 5 reps x 2 sets beltless
250lbs/hand x 5 reps *added belt
*Good working weight, nothing extreme though.
Atlas Stones to 56"
255lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
300lbs x 2 for fun, just like moving it.
*Will be taking 300lbs stone for my prescribed reps for the next while. Had it last week 3 x 3, time to make it a regular thing.
Sucked not having anyone there, the thoughts of the platform falling on me pops up once in awhile.... haha

*Until I get a bigger tire I will just add an extra set or two in here or go for a max flip set
