Saturday Morning - Head Cold Extravaganza!!
Did some rolling and mobility WOD's -- love/hate relationship here but I see the value already
SSB Squat-
285 x 3
325 x 3
365 x 5
*Belt on last set, narrower stance is now possible due to recent WOD's.... ankles and hips getting better.
Incline Bench-
210 x 3
240 x 3
270 x 3
*All sets quite smooth, feeling out weights for this wave.... I estimated a 300 working max and feel after this session it's accurate. Just did prescribed reps to allow my shoulders a little more rest.
GM-
95lbs x 3 sets x 15 reps
*Huge low back and ham pump
DB Rows-
65lbs x 3 sets x 15 reps
*Another huge pump but in upper back obviously, quality squeezing
A1. Hip Thrusts- 2 sets x 20 reps
A2. Weighted Barbell Crunches- 95lbs x 2 sets x 20 reps
Awesome session this morning regardless of this damn head cold. I actually felt pretty good out in the garage where it's freezing cold.
Saturday Morning- w/ J Howw (he did his first powerlifting meet last weekend with a torn knee and still pulled a 500 deadlift...that's why I like having him train around me, all these guys are tough as nailz! They all put the work in with no excuses)

**Felt really good, perfect choice in weights

A1. Standing DB Press- 65lbs x 20, 16
A2. Chain Suspended Rows - 20, 20
Another good workout, things feel crisp and bang on! Good things are happening. I got the nod to increase some weights!
