*345 x 10 was my last DL rep PR....today was 30lbs heavier for 2 more reps......YES!!!

* Decided to do these back to back today for a little extra conditioning work
b1. Hip Thrusts (sub for Pullthroughs, no cables at home) - 20 x 2 sets
b2. Weighted Sit Ups - +10lbs x 12 x 2 sets
Finished with some static stretching. So happy to keep hitting PR's today only 48 hrs after a killer events session. Was feelin' beat up from Sunday but apparently it didn't matter.

As good as my training is going physically, more importantly it's getting better mentally.
Dealing with this leg issue has been easier to handle because of Jordan. I tell him what my chiropractor says and he adjusts my training accordingly. No downtime and still improving.
