How can this momentum in my training last? More PR's today during my workout but I will say that this 2nd week of 'the new phase' is kicking my ass. Jordan told me it'll happen until I get used to the workload so I will trust him. He hasn't steered me wrong.
I haven't weighed myself in the last few days but I like what I am noticing in the mirror. During training I am seeing more vascularity and even at rest. I do keep track of the inches coming off my waist more regularly. They are dropping like consistently. Stronger each workout and love handles decreasing....."Duh, Winning!" hahaha
In 2012 this new machine that Total Fitness Solutions is building has his eye on trying something different......... more on that in the future. I'm not leaving strongman, don't worry!!

*Last set was strong, hit 9 reps but died out.......very little carbs in the body.

Losing inches off my waist and still getting stronger. I feel great and more energy through the day. No more being fat and strong, going to be leaner and even stronger.
