Unbelieveable. I have a blog page. To be honest, I was against all things online like Facebook, Twitter, blog sites etc. As time went on I set up a Facebook account, then Twitter and now.....a blog page!! I realized that it's 2009 and everyone and their dog has atleast one of these accounts. It's the future of how everyone communicates. I jumped onboard and started with Facebook. I figured "if I'm not talking to certain people now, there must be a reason so let's not live in the past." Once I got my account going I'm actually happy I did. I had a great time last Saturday reconnecting with some good friends from the past. They are no longer from the past as they are current and future relationships again. Then came Twitter. Not sure if it works but I started 'tweetin' to help out my sponsor Blue Star Nutraceuticals. I have people following me but whether they actually look at my 'tweets' or not is another story. Chances are, they are probably just trying to sell something like I am....lol Now, a blog page. Hmm.
I'll be blogging about my training and competitions mostly with some everyday stuff as well. Hopefully I'll keep blogging atleast every couple of days to keep updated. We'll see how it goes.
It's now almost 6am so it's time to go into the garage and hit some PR's. Overhead presses will be on the menu this morning. The rest of the week will be rest I think as I am starting a new program for 7 weeks starting next Sunday. It was designed by Bob Griffiths....my new lifting coach. He owns RedDog Gym in Roseneath and I believe he will be my not-so secret weapon to new size and strength gains for next season. He is old-school in training techniques and his gym is small but hardcore. Expect to hear more about him and his program for me as my blogs go on.
I will be in insolation while I train as he has strict orders. This is what I need in order to become better than ever. My trust is in him fully. Enjoy!!
